At the healed body coaching studio, we are committed to providing a transformative coaching experience that supports your personal growth and well-being. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to reconsider your investment. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be granted for our coaching services.
1. Refund Policy for Coaching Sessions

Single Sessions: Refunds for single coaching sessions are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session fee is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule the session once without penalty, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

Coaching Packages: For clients who purchase multi-session packages, a full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the first session, provided no additional sessions have been used. After the first session, refunds are prorated based on the number of sessions used. If you wish to cancel the package after the initial 7-day period, refunds will be issued at the discretion of The healed body coaching studio, taking into account the progress and commitment to the coaching process.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of that session without a refund, except in cases of emergency.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that The healed body coaching studio needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will do so with as much advance notice as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund for that session.
3. Refunds for Workshops and Group Programs

Workshops and Group Coaching Programs: If you have registered for a workshop or group coaching program, refunds are available if you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant, or apply the payment toward a future program, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy

No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. We value your time and ours and appreciate your commitment to the coaching process.

Commitment to Quality: We strive to deliver the highest quality coaching services. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. We may offer a complimentary session or other remedies to address your needs.
