At healed body, we are committed to providing high-quality natural skincare products that support your wellness journey. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

    • Products that have been opened or used.

    • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

    • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Request a Return Authorization: Before returning your product, please contact our customer service team at [In love@healedbody.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Shipping Your Return: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Step 3: Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days]. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at love@healedbody.co with details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition or products returned more than 30 days after delivery).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
